We've been living here for 1 year. There has not been one thing we've liked about the complex. First of many issues, our bathtub was not installed properly since day one. Every time we barely stepped into it, it would make loud noises. We called to get it fixed twice but it still was making noise and now starting to crack on the walls. The third time they finally sent a contractor out to completely remove and replace the tub but it still has cracks along the wall. Second, our dish soap in the bathtub completely fell off of the wall after the tub was replaced. The maintenance man came and glued it back & set it with DUCT TAPE. He said he'd be back in 2 days to remove the tape but never came. We called the office & nothing. It's still not on the wall. In July there was a shooting. There's no security here and we've seen some very suspicious people lerking around. We've had to call the police on numerous occasions. The staff has not been very professional. I don't feel like they value their residents or their concerns. Now that our lease is up we've received emails and letters stating we owed all sorts of fees & that we didn't pay items from the beginning of our lease. Luckily I've saved all money order receipts to prove them wrong but it's still so upsetting. We're so glad to finally be leaving this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
