Hi, Peter. We completely understand your frustration with the massive power and water outage across Texas. We assure you our team was working diligently to restore water. We sent communication to our residents that we were working to get a plumbing service out to our community on Friday and we had to shut off water to try to prevent water leaks and pipes from bursting due to the snowstorm. Plumbers were available to come to our community on Saturday to address five buildings that had no water due to a pipe burst. Water has been restored to our community. We ask that you please connect with our team and let us know if there is anything you need. We want to ensure any issues are addressed.
