I just received a message from the office about the utilities. I can not express how much disgust I have in the management of this property. I have repeatedly asked for a new parking pass for my car. It is not an additional one, it is a replacement one. There is no mention in my lease about a $50 fee to replace a plastic tag to hang in my window. I went through and reviewed ALL of the terms. My car has been towed. As of this morning now twice. Because I had purchased groceries last night and was exhausted and had forgotten to move my car outside of the gate..... I would love to have the funds to pay the 143.23 for water, admin fee (which I believe was supposed to be finished last month), pest control (still have silverfish and other bugs all over the place), and valet garbage that I can not opt out of. I am also very disgusted with the smell of the dog toilet area right by the gate that allows pedestrians access to the complex. I am now after having to get my car out of tow AGAIN, for something I feel should be replaced due to lack of contractual signature for a piece of 1.25 plastic, and that on it's own is almost $200.00. The contract clearly states that there is a $50 fee for the gate remote and the access card for the amenities.
Again I cannot express my disappointment in signing a lease for this property.
