Very poor property management. Management makes you feel like you are wasting their time.
When I first moved in i was told my rent would be $724, not until after my lease was signed was I told that there would be mandatory renters insurance, and a $10 monthly pet fee.
My apartment had ants from day 1, and various other things broken, like cupboards, washer connection, and some others. When i went to put in a work order they said they didn't know when it would be complete, I had to push back and say it shouldve been done before i moved in and they took care of it.
The first time I paid rent, I paid the amount of my rent plus the extra fees using a money order. I got a call back saying i owed $2.17 for the pest control fee. When asked when i received a statement or any notice of this they just brushed my question aside and said the statement would come next month. I had to go again and make a money order for $2.17 even though I had never been told about it. After turning in the two dollar money order I kindly asked for my receipt. The lady at the front desk (Joanne) looked annoyed, and told me that i would have to return tomorrow for a receipt, at which point i said "ok well if I cant get a receipt until tomorrow, i will pay you tomorrow." She replied, "ok and then i will charge you a $50 late fee." This was the most absurd thing I had heard.
I have been treated better at every drive thru i have ever been to than I have my this management office. Overall terrible experience as far as management is concerned and I would not recommend to anyone. Please think twice before signing here and make sure you get an exact amount for what you will owe monthly, prior to signing
