Time for reality people. Are we paying $900 a month for rent? Do we expect free drycleaning with rental? It is an apartment complex. (I'll repeat that for the hard of hearing.) It is an apartment complex! I don't expect super quality, but I am not paying for super quality. The complex is a couple of years old, so what? Time ages things. If you treat the office staff with respect, they will treat you with respect. The people that complain probably also complain that walmart doesn't sell Armani clothes and that HEB needs to sell sevruga caviar. If you cannot handle apartment living, move back in with your parents. In an apartment, you have to be able to adapt. I talk to my neighbors and they talk to me. I actually really like the staff. If it wasn't for them, I might have moved out at last renewal. Yes, there are slight problems here and there. Try to find a perfect apartment in San Antonio, it doesn't exist. I have paid $400 a month for a one bedroom elsewhere and $850 a month for a one bedroom elsewhere. I have been happiest here. Sometimes I have to park a bit away from my apartment, but so what? Occasionally the neighbor above me can be noisy, but guess what? I live in an apartment complex and have learned to deal with it. I have only felt unsafe once, but that person moved and the whole complex got better. If this apartment complex isn't good enough for you, go pay $900 a month somewhere else with worse service, either way, we don't want you here. Animals on balconies? Not my animal, not my problem. Go get a life. (sorry, I just get tired of all the little nit-picky, whining people.)
