Online application process was easy and fast. No in person visits is a huge mistake. Apartment complex is extremely dirty and there are bee hives and possible rodents. Staircases and doorways need to be power washed ASAP to remove stains and spider webs along with large spiders. Apartment was not ready at move in. Missing light bulbs, light fixtures, wall outlets. Balcony is worrisome; wood is breaking down and balcony is starting to lean. Not leveled at all. Appliances in kitchen also lean forward and are not leveled. Large water stains attempted to be covered up with white paint on ceiling.

We have a schedule for pressure washing, and your building is one of the next buildings in the rotation scheduled for pressure washing.
