We have made efforts to deter that type of activity which have done by changing the locking system in the mail room, having the surveillance camera in the mail room as well as having a courtesy officers patrolling the community throughout the evening. It is an okay place to live. The trash dump regularly overflows and their is very little soundproofing in the apartments, but that is fairly standard with apartments. Yet the layouts are nice and the pool is kept clean.
