I don't know where to begin. While the apartment is at an ideal location, the management and maintenance staff make this place a bit unbearable. The turn over rate for management is phenomenal. The tenant never knows who is managing the place, which can be a liability. Considering the price of rent, then making the tenants buy insurance and pay for covered parking, I expected a much better experience, especially since the apartment is in the Medical Center. I've been complaining about the dirty carpet (even though I was told they would clean carpet, the carpet has yet to be cleaned (18 months)), the non working stove, mold, dog feces everywhere, and the fire extinguisher which has yet to be replaced. The outside lamps have yet to be fixed. And again, we are under new management. Once my lease is up, I am moving. Would not recommend to anyone. I have no more patience for a business that does not appreciate my business.
