The living experience in this apartment complex wasn't even the worst part!!! Aside from excessive mold, leaking faucets, a litter box for a parking lot and TERRIBLE leasing office assistance... upon move out, our walk thru was delayed by 6hours because they were "short staffed" that day. Not to mention, 2months later and our deposit refund still hasn't been processed, but they surely will charge you late fees if you don't get them their money on time! And the rental verification... haha! They don't know who's living there half the time, the other half they have mixed up information! I was NEVER late on rent, yet they slander your name to the next landlord b/c now Sonoma Canyon isn't getting your money anymore! ***BEWARE!!! I don't know how this place is still standing or how any of this is legal! This place is absolutely DISGUSTING to say the least. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!
