There have been no extra charges, we believe you may be referring to the billing cycle adjustment that all residents were notified about on January 31, 2020. Previously, the billing cycle for utilities was two months in arrears. In order to bring the billing current (one month arrears), the billing cycles for March and April 2020 were increased from a 30-31 day cycle to a 45-46 day cycle. The difference will only affect these two months and will return to the normal billing cycle for May 2020.
