Issues since day one. Cheap stinky paint that didn't cover weird stains on the wall (it took about a month for the paint stink to completely be gone.) Stove broken upon move in. Dryer broken upon move in. Carpeting yellow foam glue exposed in dining area coming out over the carpet edge. Wasp nests in balcony upon move in. Baby roaches in sink upon move in. Stained bathroom floor tiles. Old out dated appliances/fixtures. Light fixtures not centered. Light in laundry room did not work properly upon move in. Missing door stoppers. Restroom door did not properly close upon move in. Leaking sink upon move in. Roof leaked and it took 19 days to fix. These are just some of the reasons why you should spend your money elsewhere.
