I stayed at this housing complex from 07/2017-07/2018. This has by far been the worst housing complex I had EVER stayed at. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Our AC unit broke twice during the hot summer heat. It took them 4 business days in order to fix this issue. I actually had to stay at a friends house during this time. Their washing facility has one single washer that actually works. Their gym facility has ONE treadmill and ONE elliptical that works. But their very biggest issue is the ROACHES. I understand when there is a roach here and there but no my whole kitchen and living room was covered with ROACHES. I had to throw all of my pantry food items as well as my whole couch. When I brought up the issue to the front office they told me that unfortunately that pest control could not come out till Friday and it was Monday. So I said I understood and I went to stay with a friend till Friday. Come Friday I gave them a call to see when I could go back into my apartment. When I called they told me that unfortunately pest control had left for the day and had actually skipped our place so they couldn't come out till the following Friday. When I told her that this was unacceptable she had the audacity to tell me "Well I would have never let it get that bad. I would have been on top of it". As if the roaches in the complex were my fault. Again, let me reiterate I HAVE NEVER EVER had this issue at any other apartments I have ever stayed at. They belittle the problems that you have at this complex and do not take them seriously. In addition, the overall appearance of our apartment was not the greatest. Our bathtub had a pipe that came of the wall that leaked rusty water. Our shower head got replaced twice. The AC units were super loud and old, which resulted in a higher CPS bill. If you considering staying at this place, trust me reconsider your choice. It was truly a very upsetting experience.
