As the new owner's of The Colony Uptown, we strive to make your home as enjoyable as possible. As this is a smaller community, our leasing office has been combined with a sister community located close by and as always, we are still available through many resources that includes a 24 hr answering service and email. We have an on-site maintenance team Mon thru Fri and will be happy to review your maintenance requests. Please give us a call, send us an email, drop by or schedule a visit during our new hours and we will gladly address your needs. Additionally, we have begun interior upgrades including tile back-splashes and stainless steel appliances, that are available at a higher rate. We've also added many features to our exterior which include new energy efficient windows, lighting, foyers, access gates, and are in the process of new landscaping and a more efficient egress and driveway. As we've never discussed providing cable to our community, we'd like an opportunity to clarify that with you. We apologize if a previous owner led you to believe that it would be included but at this time it is not an amenity we are able to provide. We have addressed the pool picture provided and can assure you that our team will do everything possible to prevent this from occurring in the future. We look forward to hearing from you.
