Lots of the reviews here, including one I myself had previously posted, say that this complex needed some serious changes made. As far as I can see, those changes are happening. It is a process and requires a lot of patience not only from the tenants, but also from the staff here as well.
The maintenance has gotten faster and more educated on the repairs they perform.
While the noise isn't something the staff here can necessarily control, the overall appearance and cleanliness of the complex has vastly improved as well.
If you are planning on moving into this complex, I would be sure to do a thorough walk-through of your apartment before you move in. Some repairs that have been done in the past are not sufficiently done before the previous tenant moves out.
The gate for the complex is still broken, and the mailboxes are continuously broken into and vandalized. I personally haven't had anything stolen, but it is obvious somebody has due to the fact the mailboxes are completely destroyed.
The staff here is okay, but you can still sense a problem between communication of the maintenance crew and the leasing/apartment managers. I don't enjoy hearing excuses of why something is wrong so it is nice that all of the staff here is changing from being excuse-oriented to a problem-solving team.
