I have been a resident here for 10 months now. When i first moved in I thought, " Alright place for the price.
After the first three months, everything went down hill. I had a hot water leak in my bathroom and kitchen for almost two months. During that time I made a call to the office every other day requesting maintenance. The office manager would tell me that oh i'll send someone out right away. (nEVER HAPPENED)I would call the emergency maintenance line, after hours, and all I got from them was the same thing, someone will be out shortly. During that time my electric bill went from $75.00 a month to $220 a month, because of the hotwater heater constantly working. The next bad thing to happen was my dryer stopped working, and again,despite all of the work orders I requested, " It stayed broken for a month and a half.
I am a quiet resident, that pay my rent three months in advance, every three months, and they moved these animals next door to me. The boyfreind constantly constantly beats up the girlfreind, the parties never end until 3 or 4 oclock in the morning at least three times a week. I have reported thEM to the office over and over again, " all I get is promises.
I have figured out that ,no matter what you complain about or report to the manager, she IGNORES and neglects your request. Her answer is usually, I will call you right back, and if I ask her do she have a call back number, the answer is always no. What a idiot right. That she is.
Now one more thing, I was complaing to a long time resident out here about the staff here, He said to me that the only way he could get maintenance to fix anything in his apartment is to promise them a six pack of beer, then they will show up. Please if you don't wish to be treated badly, DO NOT LEASE ON THIS PROPERTY, IF YOU DO, YOU WILL REGRET IT"
