I am sorry to hear that all of your living expectations were not met while living here; resident comfort and service are our top priorities, so please always feel free to reach out with any questions and concerns you may have so that we can assure top quality living for you! In more recent times, we had added an additional dumpster area towards the front of the property to help lessen any overflow from the other two and can look into adding an additional pick-up day if needed. With last year's very chaotic hail storm, we worked as quickly as possible towards replacing the roofs so as to prevent any leaks and future issues caused by badly damaged and under par material; I'm very sorry you had been inconvenienced with the crew that was completing the repairs!!
Of course, crime doesn't have a zip code no matter what city you live in, but within our community, we work hard towards preventing such activity ... as much that is within our power! We do abide by a screening/background check for all applicants, have courtesy patrol that is here twice each night/early morning, only provide gate codes to our residents ... (and it doesn't hurt that most of our staff live on-site and try to their best to always keep their eyes and ears peeled).
