Safe area as far as gate working, no breaks at mailbox or car. However management is very unprofessional I have had a work order every month I have been here. Right now my a/c leaks every night which is NOT safe for me or my daughter getting up in th morning. The staffers half --- the repair meaning they leave something undone and you have to call again for same issue. This summer was the worst when my a/c went out and they brought a window unit to cool the living room with nothing to cool down our two bedrooms. I had a roommate that grew to be unbearable and they told her my every move as when I planned to move out which is very disrespectful to my privacy. The manager michelle can be a real presumptuous rude who attempted to charge me for my roommate damages a holes in the wall, carpet cleaning and broken blinds If I choose to transfer to my own apartment. I believe that we should both be accountable for the balance and I should not be charged because its easoer for them to transfer the balancw to me. Oh and enjoy calling pest control every month to do an extra treatment because they don't spray good enough the first time amd only come on Mondays! This is what we called a 'Starter Apartment' live year to get by and move on which really isn't worth it since prices went up and appliances are from the stone age!

Hi NieciAbdul I'm sorry to hear your experience here has been good and bad. I would love for you to call me so we can see why your having so many issues with your work orders. You are correct World Wide pest control does come once a week on Monday to take care of any issues. As far as the transfer process it is the same for everyone. Since we have a number of residents that transfer within our community we have a Transfer Addendum that everyone gets when they are inquiring how transfers are done. This addendum goes over all the details so that when your ready to transfer you know whats expected. I'm sorry to hear that your roommate you chose was not what you expected but both would be liable for any & ALL charges to current apartment. If you currently have a balance with us you must pay it before transferring to another apartment.
