We are very sorry to hear that your living experience at our community wasn't met to standard as we strive for quality and excellence for all of our valued residents! With that in mind, we are always open to feedback, both positive and negative, and so we do offer an incentive for giving such feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve, so the incentive is for anyone that chooses to review us, regardless of content. Unfortunately with any apartment living, you do hear your neighbors from time to time, and with our property having been built in 1982, we have worked hard at addressing/maintaining interior and exterior structural integrity to assure comfort. Our trash bins are currently emptied 3 times a week, but we can look into having them dumped an additional day if overfill is frequent. Concerning safety, crime does not have a zip code and can happen anywhere, unfortunately. To help with the prevention of such though, we do have qualifying criteria in place that all prospective residents must meet, and if ever there is an issue of concern brought to our attention, we will always address it immediately. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with our amenities; our Fitness Center was renovated in 2014 and did get some new equipment at that time. The computer is accessible during business hours and the free WIFI is available 24/7 as it reaches to the front pool area. We do offer a 48 business hour pledge in which non-emergency work orders will get completed w/in that time, and our maintenance is on-call for emergencies after office hours. As a courtesy to our residents, we do accept packages for them if they are not home to receive them and the delivery services are responsible for notifying residents of delivery. We do call if we notice we have had a package that hasn't been picked up in due time, however.
