i highly don't recommend living here at all, the staff especially the leasing manager (carrie) if that's her name. is horrible, they don't know how to answer emails and or phone calls, the gates never close so i highly suggest never bringing kids to live in this complex because the gates do not close all hour of the night & there was recently a break in & they still did nothing to the gates, don't trust this "#1" apartment complex because it is not AT ALL what it seems!

Anonymous, we want to provide the best customer experience for our residents and guests, and would like to follow up with you regarding your concerns. However, as your review is anonymous, we are unable to do so. If there is any concern about any member of the staff. We encourage you to reach out to us to discuss the issue so that we make take steps to address your concerns. Regarding email and phone communications, all emails are answered, and our property has a very high rate of answered calls. Any calls we are unable to answer go to a call center to take a message for us to return, and this contact needed is cleared daily. In terms of the gate, we have had the vendor out to repair the gates any time there is a concern. However, we did send an email to all residents regarding the incident and the circumstances surrounding the incident. We do encourage that everyone does their part to keep all doors and windows locked when they are not home. As an additional measure, we are looking into hiring a courtesy officer for our property. If anyone has concerns regarding crime statistics, we encourage you to reach out to the local police department for more information.
