Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have been without wifi or cable (both of which I pay for through the complex) for 10 days now. I have contacted the leasing office multiple times about the issues and have been told "we're working on it" and "it will be fixed soon" including several days where I was told "it should be back on tomorrow". They also came into my apartment while I was at work without notifying me that they would be doing so. Pretty bummed that I already renewed my lease to live here for another year.
