With the water being shut off unexpectedly going on our 3rd day. We have a huge mound of dirt in the middle of the road way where people drive thru, park and also get to their apartments smells like crap. This has not been our first problem with hillside. Having our toilet leak creating mold under the bathroom floor, into our bedroom and causing further damage to things. I was told that I don't know the difference between mildew and mold was but there is a picture below showing black mold. Also told it wasn't going to get fixed until WE disassembled the bed and moved it out of our room. A leak happened on the third floor that has caused damage to our baseboards and has created a water stains, STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED AFTER ALMOST 2 WEEKS. Another problem with both the washer and dryer have not properly worked since moving in. On top of all of this we have bugs crawling left and right into the apartment. We pay for pest control and still haven't come to spray. We have lived in this place for not even a month. These are all the issue we have encountered for 3 weeks. After talking to the regional manager (Tena) she kept trying to distract us from not being mad about the constant problems we are having with our apartment. Also threaten to walk away because out of frustration I used foul language (The language was not even towards her). I would recommend anyone looking to move here not too. You will not be compensated for anything and things will break left and right for you.
