The Edge Apartments
Resident · 2012 - 2013
I lived here for a year now and I've got to say that I've enjoyed my time here. Life at where you stay is what you make of it. For an apartment complex with a few name changes and a few years under it's belt seems to be doing pretty good for itself. The staff or leasing agents here are friendly and helpful. The complex itself has a lot of cool amenities (the complex is kept up, the maintenance is done in time and it's on the universities bus route). The apartments are pretty good. I only have the experience of living in a 2x2 on the 1st floor. It comes with the usually amenities of cable, internet, electric outlets, washer and dryer, and fully furnished (if you're looking for that). I've heard a few complaints that I think are unnecessarily over-exaggerated. The one I hear most often deals with crickets and to that all I know is that it's pretty much the same thing any where else. The next deals with the work orders and the maintenance workers. To get work orders done quickly all you need to do is get updates at the front desk. As for the maintenance workers they're all cool guys that you just need to say hi to.
