This is my first apartment I have ever lived in and I have enjoyed it. It is one of the cheapest place to live in near Texas State University and it is great. They can be a little slow when it comes to maintenance but over its fine. The office staff is always friendly and very helpful. What I love most is the bus that picks you up and takes you to school it's not a long ride and saves you money in gas.
