I had so many issues with this community because it is very obvious they've gone through like six different management companies since they've opened for the first time. The staff is never knowledgeable about anything, they always give vague answers or tell what you want to hear so you can leave them alone, and then they never get anything done. The maintenance staff is even worse, we moved in with missing light bulbs, a dishwasher uninstalled, patches on the ceilings and walls which were clearly from mold and the worst furniture I have ever seen in an apartment. Have you ever walked into a room and you just knew all the furniture was not from the same place? That's what this was like; Every piece of furniture was a different color of wood and the couches in the living room were not the ones that they showed us in the tour. Not to mention the couches were absolutely filthy. The residents before us clearly had a pet but there wasn't anything done about the mess they left behind. There were personal belongings in the dressers and on the balcony, things like water bottles and underwear and socks. DISGUSTING. Choosing to live here has been my biggest regret. Please tread lightly when deciding where to live.
