Had terrible experiences with old management; work orders were not being done on time or they were marked as completed but nothing had been done. It took ages to get things done. However, with this new staff, things are being done very quickly and effectively. The new management is taking care of each and every single resident, and making sure The Lodge is their home away from home. I am very satisfied with new management and would highly recommend The Lodge. I can honestly say that I renewed my lease because of new management.
