Terrible place to live. Management is rude and does not take care of issues on time and has ignored my emails in the past. Finally had to barge into the office myself because every time I ask to speak with them, they redirect me to email. Washing machine flooded my apt and they would not send anyone for over an hour because it was not deemed and "emergency" until I called numerous times. When complaining to the Assistant Manager about this, Gen. Manager pops her head in to say "does she know there's only 2 people working maintenance for the 700 people who just moved in? Does she know that?" ...as if that is justification....could go on but no reason to beat a dead horse. Terrible service and terrible management on the General Manager's part.
