I was very disappointed in the management and the maintenance of the property. We moved in,and a week later, there was a big storm, and the flood caused damage to the baseboards and windows. We called twice and no one came .Our apartment flooded at 4am, by way of faulty plumbing, and we called the emergency line to report it. First they told us there wasn't anything they could do but send and email at business hours, and we called the office to tell them, during regular hours, but we were told since we didn't write a work order, they couldn't do anything. That was the second time it had flooded. It took them 4 months to replace the baseboards, and a very unprofessional job at that. We had to call the police due to squatters coming in and out of the next unit, no one cleans after their dogs, the pool had human feces and mold growing in it, my son cut his foot three times due to broken glass at the pool, the gates are always broken, my car was vandalized, the light fixture over our dinning table fell and busted, moments after my child was sitting at the table. I called to tell them, and she couldn't care less. No one apologized, or asked if we were OK. The only thing they care about is if you pay rent. Even then, I've stood in the office to pay while they are wondering around, talking to each other, or putting up a finger to wait a minute, and still I waited for someone else to come in and tag them down. It's unprofessional and not worth the "move in specials" they may offer. I do not recommend living here.
