I dont know what others were complaining about. We never had any problems. The maintenance was there the next day for maitenance requests. Was actually too quiet. Occasionally there were loud people outside but where can u go and not be around that?! Hello its san marcos! The carpet wasnt the best but we got most of our deposit back except $75 to shampoo the carpets. If you kept up with the place, they wouldnt take your deposit.
