Dennyse the new Community Manager is rude and extremely unprofessional. I had a maintenance issue over the weekend. I was told it would be fixed Monday, although maintenance came out Monday the issue was not resolved. I was left in a limbo because the maintenance man never returned and the manager never called to follow up with me. So I called at 3:33pm, no answer and I went to the office to find it locked mind you the office should be open since this is during business hours. I am speaking outside to the maintenance man, frustrated at this point and here comes Dennyse at 4:44pm mind you only about 45 minutes left until closing. She did not have a "refreshing attitude" I should have been provided but instead was verbally belligerent, so much so that I thought she was going to get physical! The maintenance man stepped in between us. My thing is if you are presenting yourself as a community manager you should never act that way. I am a paying tenant and I ask for her resignation immediately. When I walked away from our argument, Dennyse said "property owners agree that I am doing a great job." I'd like for you to look at Google Reviews which support my claim that her attitude is trash.
