Pepper Tree Town Houses
Resident · 2003 - 2005
We lived there for two years and loved the layout, the backyard, and the quiet neighborhood. However, maintenance was sloppy and rarely fixed the first time. The yards were not mowed on a regular basis. My washer/dryer did not work correctly and the washer leaked into the garage. My dishwasher leaked and ruined the kitchen floor. The rent was reasonable, but I wish I had paid more to live somewhere else. I would tell friends about the townhomes, but would also tell them about the problems. If the complex has been sold since I moved in 2005, I hope the new owners have hired competent management and a maintenance staff that can manage repairs.
