Yes, I read the reviews too before moving in. I thought they were by angry tentents.(Every place has thoughs.) Now I fully know what they are talking about. Bugs, and mice! Yes the rent is cheap and the location is great but there are some serious issues. These town houses were built in 1985 and there has been very little up keep since then. I do not own animals and I keep a clean house. I have so many problems with getting bites constently. I have no idea what bugs, or were they are coming from. We have had a problem with mice. The dryer takes 2 hours to dry half a load of wash. This is no joke. Please fully check out the apartment that you are going to rent BEFORE you sign the lease. They showed us a different place that was much cleaner and with a better up keep than the one that they handed us the keys to. I have 5 months more on my lease and I cant not wait to move out and never, every come back!
