In March of 2011 they had new management come in and they are doing a very good job at trying to get everything turned back around. The last management company we had drove this place into the ground. The yards are taken care several times a month now which is great. And maintenance tries to get all repair requests done in a timely manner. They have also set up to where a exterminator come out once a month since this we have not had any bug problems.
