Fountain Park Apartments

Life is full of compromises. We all wish we could live in our idea of a dream home, but can't afford it. We are in our 50s and established a 2nd, part time home in Fountain Park Apartments. We initially found the place to be quite nice. It is obviously not new but appears to be well maintained. What really sold us on the place was the office staff. They were very welcoming and friendly. They do seem to be business-like but have to be, I'm sure.

Nice court-yards with fountains and pools. 24/7 well equipped exercise room.
Supervised activity room for kids is open during what I would call after-school hours.

We very rarely hear our neighbors, but we get some traffic noise. We are on the corner less than a block from the Southwest Freeway and on the 2nd floor. I expect there is no traffic noise in some apartments.

Well worth the money. Handy to lots of stuff.

Tennents have to pay electricity and a minimal water bill and, of course, phone, TV, etc.
