Resident 2014 - 2016

5/29/2016

wish I could give no stars. We have been living here for about 2 years now. Orginally the grounds were kept up, the pools were always open. The maintenance was meh. I could deal with some minor issues. Like having basically no closets. Where am I supposed to put my stuff? Lol, so if you move here, I hope you are a minimalist or an organizational freak. Also the AC units are so old they can barely keep up with Houston summers, good luck getting them to replace it. I did not realize that there are no grocery stores close by. Small thing but it is an annoying one. The current management is a joke. They chopped off the beautiful trees, closed down the gym and both pools for "construction". Neither of which I have seen anyone working on. It is officially summer and both pools are still closed? That is part of what my rent is for. Paying almost $1,100 a month is way too high for this kind of service. My rent has increased, yet I can't use the gym or either pool, the trash is now constantly over flowing (thankfully I don't live near one of the dumpsters), maintenance is even worse than before(slow to respond, uses the cheapest materials), both the front and the side gates are always open. It could literally change day by day with those freaking gates. I cannot wait to move as soon as possible. I am so disappointed in this complex. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Bottom line: save your money, and either rent or buy a house for these prices.
