We are so thankful that beautiful upgrades and amenities result from an unforeseen office fire. Our Shadowbrooke office caught on fire last year. Luckily, no one was injured, and now all of our future and present Shadowbrooke Family have the opportunity to enjoy the rewards. Not only was our office renovated and adorn with custom artwork and luxurious finishes, but we also upgraded our resident amenities. You can enjoy our recently tiled, replastered resort-style swimming pool with new lounge furniture to use while relaxing in the summer sun. We added additional equipment in our fitness center for 24-hour enjoyment and installed a new SMART PACKAGE locker system for parcel pick up convenience. In May, we suffered an act of nature falling victim to a lightning strike. The unfortunate event compromised our emergency pool phones and entry gate system. Keeping our residents safety in mind, we closed the pool for three days for the proper call box repairs. We only closed our pool briefly on more occasion when we replaced the brand new pool pump due to malfunction under warranty. Luckily all of our residents have the opportunity to use Silverbrooke's swimming facility and amenities since our properties are connected and owned by Venterra! We are diligently working to resolve the front entrance gate replacing our previous system with an upgraded solution! I would love the opportunity to speak with you in person regarding your maintenance requests. Thank you for reaching out and taking the time to express your valuable feedback. We recently introduced our property-wide mandatory pool band initiative. Individuals enjoying our pool must have a red band with them at all times. We implemented pool checks in efforts to deter unauthorized guests. The pool is open from 10AM-10PM, seven days a week, our courtesy officer locks the gates promptly at 10 PM and periodically conducts pool checks throughout the evening. We were disheartened to hear about the pool party last week. I received numerous calls from residents, and Officer Balaei responded at 9:40 PM and reached out to Fort Bend County for further assistance. I offered alternative solutions for you, considering your comfort and experience, understanding the variables in play with this sensitive situation. The circumstances surrounding the entrance gate and your vehicle are unfortunate; however, we offered you security footage to ensure you were able to see the events as they unfolded on camera indicating we were not the responsible party. Luckily we offer property comprehensive pest control services for your convenience every Wednesday. We realize the heat and humidity in our area can cause unwanted critters to enter your home unannounced, in efforts to prevent this we also treat the exterior of the property weekly. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy; I would love the opportunity to sit down and discuss this further again in efforts to improve your experience. I have told you from the very beginning I will do whatever I can for you and I have treated every concern with the utmost sense of urgency and care.
