We love everything about Shadowbrooke! We have lived here for 6 plus years, I feel like they genuinely care about me and my family. I've never lived anywhere better. The maintenance staff and everyone in the office is so remarkable!!!!! First I would like to welcome our new Community Manager, Ms.Darlene. who is very friendly & helpful and patient with each and everyone!!! A special shout out to Ms. Michelle, our Better Living Manager, who always knows what you need and makes sure everything is taken care of. A special thanks to Mr.Tony, our Better Living Consultant, my kids love him very much! He is always so warm, kind and friendly. We love him like he's family. Oh and let don't forget our sweet & kind Better Living consultant Mr Isaiah, who never forgets what you need and is always ready to help you. P.S. A big special thanks to our maintenance team, they're always on top of their game! The Maintenance Manager Mr.Jaime is not only a master of his craft, but he's hilarious! Our Make Ready: Ms. Bertha always making sure everything is clean and ready. And a special thanks to our Maintenance Assistant Manager Mr.Steve, he is the best and the fastest.
