Wow! Thank you for your detailed review and glowing recommendation! Isaiah is a gift; I couldn't agree with you more about how amazing and helpful he is putting 110% in everything he does. You love us, and I bet your friends and family will too! We have a phenomenal referral rewards program; we take $300 off of your rent after they live with us for 30 days! I appreciate your feedback on the trash container areas, and I will actively look into ways to remedy the overflow.
