FIND AN APARTMENT THAT ACTUALLY VALUES YOUR RENT MONEY! Shadowbrooke does NOT LEGALLY ABIDE BY THE SERVICES YOU PAY FOR MONTHLY! They take your money every month and DO NOT DO THEIR PART of the leasing contract. The office doors are always locked during business hours so good luck getting in touch with anyone and good luck getting your packages on time. UPS can't even do their job due to poor management at Shadowbrooke. Oh and if you need to get inside the complex that won't be hard. The gate is WIDE OPEN and has been CONSISTENTLY open day and night for an ENTIRE MONTH! Management has not bothered to fix it and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT the safety of your vehicle or the SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN AND YOURSELF!!! On top of that, trash was piled up for weeks. Being forced to pay for valet trash is clearly a joke around here. You pay your money=no trash pick up. Lastly, the vacuum cleaner DOES NOT WORK here. Don't let them fool you like it's a special amenity because guess what...you pay for that and STILL CANT USE THAT EITHER! It's been broken for over TWO months! Pictures can be found below.
