In less than a month, I have already experienced a lot of issues. Busted light, 1 week in. Heater shutting down during the night 3 times already. They fix it, and it's broken again the next day. And in this weather! It's 40's and freezing. No way to communicate at night, I had to wait till they open at office hours the next day to report these issues. Today they fixed my heater for the 3rd rime, did something on the breaker, and now my burner/stove is not working so that's another problem. Terrible experience in less than a month!
