No good!!
We were looking to get our first apartment so we stopped by here. We were told about the shooting in august, which made us both uneasy. The manager talked us in to living there by offering a free month of rent. She also said that the gates would be fixed within a week of us moving in so we wouldn't have to worry about intruders. They still, to this day have not been fixed. So we moved in october first. The water SUCKED! it was either boiling hot or freezing cold. And then we got a leaky faucet. When maintenance came To fix it they accidentally left the hot water on for about 4 hours when no one was home! Their water bills are averaged based on the entire complexes use. So we had to pay for all of the water leaks! Even though we weren't responsible. We had a 50.00 water bill...which is ridiculous considering thats an average! We also got locked out of our own apartment. They've been through 3 different management teams since we have been there. The final straw was when maintenance caught the insulation on fire damaging our apartments. When i was speaking to the firefighters they were telling us that the walls were not built correctly...i find this dangerous. The guy that caught the place on fire is still working for them! We were fortunate enough to be let out of out lease early, but now we can't get ahold of them for anything. We only lived there for 3 months and this much has happened. This place is hopeless.Share This Review
