I really enjoyed living at Raintree at was sad to leave when my company transferred me to another state. The apartment was very large and the rent was extremely reasonable. My apartment was well taken care of and maintenance was quick to repair even the most minor things. The manager, Leslie, was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Other reviews here have mentioned that the area is not safe, but I did not find that to be the case. I never had any problems and as a woman living alone I never felt unsafe.
