Management is very unprofessional and their kids run in and out of the office. Management lied about how much electricity bill would be. They told me people never paid any more than 150. First three months we paid over $300 and we had the thermostat at about 78 occasionally at about 76. It took 7 months for them to fix kitchen sink. The right cold knob wouldn t work, so we only had hot water. They took away a dumpster so we have to walk a quarter of a block to drop off garbage. We are only assigned 1 parking space, and in the area we are in there is a lot of traffic so there is never enough space. Also swimming pool used to be open 24hrs a day (one reason why we chose to live here) and now they now close it at 10 on weekdays and 11 on weekends. Pool also smells of wet dog. Hot tub is always dirty. Also during the summer it was supposed to be closed only on Mondays, but over 8x I went there it was closed even though It wasn t a Monday. They used to have 3 laundry rooms and they moved it down to 2, so I had to walk twice or three times as far with a basket of laundry. We eventually had to buy a washer and dryer because it was too far to walk. Also the outside needs some maintenance. On the tennis courts there is no net and only one basket ball hoop. Only positive is you get a lot of space for the money.
