My wife and I have lived here for just about a year now and I'm moving out in 1 week when our lease is up. At 1st glance, they seem like really nice apartments and the rent is income-based. We were very fortunate to get the rate that we did because having just gotten married, we didn't have a lot of money like most people our age! However, If you can afford anything besides here, I would recommend somewhere else. It has been nothing but a bad experience for us. There is a huge problem with illegally parked cars in the fire lanes to where you cannot back out of you're parking spot. And that's if you're lucky to get a parking spot anywhere NEAR your apartment. Any night of the year if you go outside, there is groups of people just wandering around and its quite frightening. Anytime my wife goes outside without me, she gets at least one group of guys or more hollering at her and making crude comments and such. There is always cars with VERY loud stereos bumpin all night long, all hours of the night. Maintenance is decent, we had a few problems with the A/C and they took care of that within about 2 days. Cops are often seen here (which is a good thing) but they are here for bad reasons. Also, theres always little kids running around at all hours of the night! Like 5-10 year old kids! Where the heck are their parents?! Once again, everything looks great at 1st glance, and I suppose the price would be great for a single college kid or something, but I definitely regret moving in here with my wife. The laundry facility was open for about 4 months when we moved in, then there was some sort of problem and It has been closed now the remaining 8 months we've been here. The pools were closed for the 1st 6 or 7 months we lived here and then they finally opened back up about 2 months ago. But they are always packed with tons of kids with no adult supervision. Needless to say, again, don't judge a book by its cover. They look great, but there are better ones out there for just a little more cost.

Dear Anonymous, We are happy to hear that we were able to provide you with affordable housing. Of course, we are also bummed to hear your residency here was not what you hoped for. We really want to make sure our residents are happy and have taken steps since you wrote this review to do just that. We have a brand new leasing agent and manager that are very nice. Please give us a call and let us know how we can resolve any concerns you have. Warmly, Thomas
