It is very hard to get things fixed in the apartments especially the air. Its as hot inside as it is outside with your air on 70 or lower. They recommend that you do not put your air below 69 or the unit will freeze. Nothing is brand new in the apt although they say it is its not. the bathrooms are a ok size but the paint chips the cabinets are not complete and water leaks alot especially if you live upstairs. they are small problems that can be fixed but you would have to complain for about a week or so before they are even looked at. Birds live in the fireplaces sometimes because they were built so long ago they are definitley not up to date. They cable cords are in the kids room but not in the master bedroom which makes no sense to me. The windows are missing screens and the doors have chains that if you tug on them can break with no problem. The locks needs to be replaced on the doors and windows you can raise them up from the outside with no problem especially with no screen on them. The insulation is extremely poor cracks in the door let the cold air and heat in. Its a killer on the electric bill. There is no 24 hour maintence you have to wait on the manager to get there and issue a work permit to the maintenace person whoever that is because they change so often. I have lived there almost a year and cannot wait til my lease is up. Rent is way to expensive for nothing to be fixed then and there and they got new owners and raised the rent even more its almost 600 for a 2 bedroom definitley not worth 600 dollars at all to live there.
