Why would you have to put more money down when you already live on site?Which in all honestly, doesnt make a bit of sense because I am renewing my lease with you(well not now moving to a much nice complex in Addison) and I am not considered a new customer? Then, after being told I was approved and when my move in date would be, I get a call from someone on their poor office staff telling me that I owe an additional $200.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was then told I would be called back.Which never happend I called and left not one, not two but several messages and again was told I would have my call returned. Again as of August 25, 2005, still no call or anything resolved! The management there tells you one thing, and then another, they lie, and then lie some more. The customer service sucks along with the apartments and complex.

Also, when I moved into this apartment with my roommate I was lied to about the construction and for the past few months the noise is upserd. The apartments are built very cheap and you can hear everything that goes on out side. You report something that needs to be fixed(like a/c vent that didnt work) and they never do anthing about it because it's to much trouble for their weak staff.Dont move into this place they are lie and cheat and steal money and lose rent money as well...Poor excuss for a said to be nice complex...
