This place is pretty deceptive, and while I have a ton of issues with everything about this place, the main one that I want to talk about is how they pretend that the same owner of these apartments doesn't also own The Millennium Apartments just down the street. They always try to do the trick of three, and make it look like you're getting a better deal because these are cheaper apartments than the other ones, BUT the reality is, that it's the same owner, and the same poor quality of everything goes into every apartment complex. There's no respect for people from this owner. This property is valued at 22 million now, down from four years ago at 36 million, when riva row partners lp sold out to mept boardwalk town center llc. They will try to say that the owner of the millennium apartments on 1 waterway ave, who is waterway ave partners llc, is not the same owner, but they are, and they deal together and essentially deceive you. Let me tell you here about this particular property at the boardwalk though.,.. they changed ownership and office staff, but somehow they kept the mexican maintenance staff that are the reason this property value went down so much, because they don't do their jobs, they let it disintegrate and they harass the tenants and demand information from them, while letting their kids come freely into the business center. He's the maintenance supervisor, long black hair and I think his name is Douglas. He's been around for a very long time and he is poison to this property. It's a bad practice, bad policies, and they are not cool at all. On behalf of John Cagle this place charged him with trespassing and did not dismiss charges, even though many residents liked him and one gave him a key fob so that he could study peacefully on his MacBook in the business center. He did not bother anyone. Hope this gives you an idea of how poorly this place is run, and why I give it a poor rating.
