They are racist, unprofessional, and do not care about residents. They are abusive, inconsiderate, and will take advantage of you with no remorse. Save yourself the torture and Do Not rent here. The apartments have roaches and mold, the office will “spray” but it does not work. If you want to be talked down to, treated like you’re nothing, then this is the place to be. You are nothing more than a paycheck to them, and you are a peasant in their eyes.

    Please DO NOT even consider moving here. This community has ZERO security. My rims & tires were stolen on a Sunday morning. I talked to manager Debra & all she could say is sorry,there is nothing we can do about it. They have NO surveillance throughout the community. And truly make you feel like they do not care. I contacted police and had them come with me to ask the gate camera footage and was told it could take up to 1 week for them to be able to provide that information...... ( if cameras were working, because they usually aren't) My neighbor has had his rims stolen 3 times. Please do not move here! You and your property are NOT safe!

      BEWARE! Absolute worst complex in the area, you know its true when you go visit other complexes, tell them you are coming from the Everlee and they ask you "how did you do it for 12 months"? ----------------------------------- are all extremely rude, racist. Extremely Malicious! I have watched them lock the leasing office doors and leave people -------- outside to not service them on multiple occasions. I only lived there for a few weeks before my property was damaged by their maintenance men and had to fight for reimbursement. Tenants smoking in non smoking areas, leaving buds everywhere. After multiple complaints nothing was done to the ---------- smokers but the --- smokers were vacated. How racist is that? The complex is filthy. The dumpster is always overflowing. The trash valet doesn't even pick up the trash at the allotted time, but you will still get a VIOLATIONS on your door for THEIR wrong doing. List goes on! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! They act nice at first impression, once your locked in that lease they no longer care about you or your concerns!



        We are disappointed to see these claims as they do not accurately portray our team and paint us in a negative light. We abide by Fair Housing guidelines, meaning everyone is held to the same leasing criteria and policies. These are serious allegations against our team, and we do not take them lightly.         ZERO STARS: Don't waste your time, money, or health. Living in this complex is like living in a poorly run dorm: -The trash is always piled into a mountain near the only dumpster on site. -The trash “valet” we pay for never picks up all the trash in the building. -The amenities that are listed are either over stated, non existent, or unavailable due to ridiculous “covid” precautions. -The pool is literally only 3 feet deep. Don’t expect to swim here, this pool is just big enough for adults to drink in and kids to pee in. -Management constantly needs access to everyone’s apartment- constantly. -None of the “courtyard amenities” are functional- the fire pits and water fountains flat out don’t work, and the grills are either disgusting or out of gas, or both. -Instead of having lawn care done all at once on a weekday, they spread it out over as many weekEND MORNINGS as they can.           Management is all family. If you call corporate, it’s a sister. These apartments are sooo crooked. I had a military client to move out who had been experiencing racism from current management. From two day notice rent increase, receiving fine for trash that their trash company didn’t not pick up, and they charged them for rent and someone else that she knows has already moved into her apartment. Management stated to them because they reported her to Jennifer at corporate, that she can’t help her. She also referred her final payment to collections after not contacting them after their final walk through of the apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Will be back with an update of this situation. In the military, we don’t see color. My client is an African American who has documentation of racism, stereotyping, and they actually sent their final bill to collections 7 days after they moved. Take it that they have never been late. It totally speaks for it self. They have documentation of all phone call attempts and messages. Stay FAR AWAY!

              My girlfriend and I went into the front to shop for apartments and were extremely excited to meet the staff and take a tour. Unfortunately after walking into the office there were 0 employees there to help. There was only one employee named Brianna, we stood at the door looking at her and she did not make eye contact with us and completely ignored us. Brianna took over 15+ minutes to even look our way and acknowledge our presence. Talk about a horrible first impression! As we waited even longer, she was just chatting with some other lady laughing, talking, and clearly not working because she did nothing but talk about personal life with whoever that was, nothing work related. She knows we were there waiting patiently for around 20 minutes now and was in no hurry to help us. The property looked very nice and I was so excited to see it, but because of Brianna alone, I could careless to stay at a property that has horrible rude staff....                 I moved from Downtown (Montrose). At first I loved living here, the appliances are great and the staff in the office were amazing. Things went down hill when they switched owners, the gates never seem to stay working, and cars getting broken into. My upstairs neighbors are so very loud, their kid is pounding on the floor and crying all the time. It sounds like his parents are beating him. I have complained many times and nothing ever seems to get down. I love that it is close to 99, close to good restaurants and stores. I love that the pool is a saltwater pool. People that don't live there comes in from the broken gate and swim, smoking pot in the pool. Also the office finds the need to always send out notices in regards to them having to come into your apartment and check things out. As for the gate, the occasional malfunction is a common occurrence in any community with controlled access, though if maintenance issues arise, we work diligently with our vendor to get the gate repaired as promptly as possible.                   So we moved into the everlee apartments as soon as they finished the 6 building. We are the first residents in our unit. When we first moved in everything was great. We loved it here. Slowly it has gone downhill. Let me start with the fact that the property is not maintained. They have Trash everywhere. It's all over the property and it floods into the street by where the compactor is on a weekly basis. The little courtyards where the grills are in the center of each building are not maintained either. The grill is so dirty that it's not usable. You may as well not make any maintenance requests, because even when you do nothing is ever repaired. They do the "slap a bandaid on it" technique and your problem is never fully resolved. Some examples: 1: water leaked into my apartment on more than one occasion. This is not considered an emergency here. As for the electrical issues you mention; transformers in our area blew out due to a heavy storm. The transformers were restored overnight, and maintenance was available the next morning to respond to the residents who needed a breaker reset.
