I live in a one bedroom and am paying close to $900 a month. It's definitely overpriced and the rules are a bit excessive. I sometimes have problems finding a parking spot and visitor parking is extremely far from most of the apartments. There is a lot of noise, such as loud music and yelling in the parking lot, especially around 1am. The walls seem really thin so I can hear more than I'd like of other tenants conversations and I feel like I should whisper when I'm talking. I also don't like that my apartment seems to constantly be invaded for some reason or another, whether I am there or not, and occasionally without warning. Most of the office staff is polite but management is rude. Overall, it's completely overpriced and it would be better to live in the dorms or Varsity Place.
