Literally the worst renting experience of my life. I have rented in 4 different locations in ETX, hands down the worst one. Horrible customer service. They lie about hidden fees. When you move in they will tell you that water is included, that's false; they will charge you. They will also tell you that trash is optional for pick up, that is false. They will charge you 25 dollars for trash without notifying you. Everyone who runs the apartment complex is 20 years old and legitimately does not know the answers to any questions or policies. They do not waive fees service members or military members which is absolute trash and --------. There is a referral process as well, if you refer a friend you get 200 dollars off your next month of rent, which they did not grant the person who referred me, which is a violation of their own policy. Over all worst experience of my life, the property manager is never available and whenever someone is needed the only person you can speak to are children at the front desk who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Do not live here.
