If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Let's start with the RODENT we have trapped in our wall. Yes, going on five days now and the issue has yet to be resolved. I can still hear it in the wall as I type this review. They sent a pest control guy out and didn't bother calling us to tell us what the verdict was. So we called the office and asked for an explanation. I asked Bailey what the pest guy said and she told me that she didn't know and that no one spoke to him before he left. Unbelievable. I get home and sure enough the rat is still there. I went to the office and spoke to the manager and told her that it was obviously trapped or else it could get out, and asked if they were going to cut open a little hole. She said no, that they can not let whatever is in there out into our apartment, but that they would set traps. Hmmm. If it can't get out, how is it going to get on a trap? Also, the atrocious amount of millipedes inside the units. Gross. There's never a place to park. We pay for an assigned spot and people still park there. FORTUNATELY, the towing company is the only reliable part of leasing here. We've had at least 4 cars towed from our spot. The only time no one parked in our spot was when I had a sign up saying it was reserved and if you parked there your car would be towed. The office took our sign down and said signs aren't allowed. But leaving dog ---- every where is allowed. Okay. There are huge piles of dog poop EVERY WHERE; even along the sidewalks/railings as you walk to your apartment door. It's amazing that management won't do anything about it. Clearly it's okay to not pick up after your dog. The time I've been here, I've only seen a maintenance guy or whoever he was, go around with a trash bin picking up poop ONCE. Haven't seen anyone else do it since. I can't tell you how many times we've stepped in dog crap. It's nasty and the property is not well kept, yet they want to charge $900+ for rent. Come tour the property and see the dog poop for yourself. After reading this review, would you still want to live here?
